Ex-Wife of Kenosha AMBER Alert Victim Say Abuse Was in Past

(Kenosha, WI) The ex-wife of a man who was shot by Wisconsin authorities after an AMBER Alert this week, says he used to beat her up. Antonio Torres' former wife Deanna says she's not surprised by what happened on Monday, when her former husband kidnapped his 22-month daughter from Kenosha County. Deanna is not the biological mother of the 22-month-old girl. Antonio Torres was shot and killed after police say he beat his girlfriend, kidnapped his daughter, and pointed a gun at the little girl. Deanna says Torres had a history of going into "rages" and spent six years in prison for battery against her ten years ago. The little girl was unharmed during the incident, and is back safe with her mother.
