(Rockford, IL) Federal officials say there's still no word of a motive in the case of a Lake in the Hills man accused of possessing a deadly toxin. Edward Bachner appeared at a hearing in a federal court on Wednesday. It was continued until next week, so that Bachner's attorney could review the case. Bachner is accused of possession of tetrodotoxin, a substance found in pufferfish and other animals. TTX, as it's known, is considered more deadly than cyanide.
