(Springfield, IL) One of Governor Rod Blagojevich's most frequent critics at the statehouse says he's willing to start the process of impeachment. Democratic State Representative Jack Franks says he will ask for a committee to look into impeachment proceedings now that the Governor has called lawmakers back for a special session next week. Franks, who led the effort for recall earlier this year, says Governor Blagojevich is playing games with his budget threats and the special session. Franks says the Governor "refuses to do his job and has now opened the door for impeachment."
